Antonella Vastola (PhD) is associate professor at the University of Basilicata (Italy) where is lecturer of Economics of quality and agro-food marketing, Economics of quality for sustainable development, Market reasearch at post graduated courses in food technology. She is the scientific responsible of Edamus International Master Course in sustainable management of food quality and is a member of the PhD board in Food Sciences and Engineering. She is an economic expert of International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and her research activities focus on: circular economy applications in agri-food systems in transition; waste management; agro-food and wine marketing; social media marketing. She is author, editor and co-author of many publications on: agribusiness management, sustainable agri-food chains, social media marketing.
