Emergency Medicine and Trauma Care Journal (EMTCJ) is an electronic online scholarly and practical applicability of emergency medicine and trauma care approach based international journal focussed with key information for both the academic and practicing emergency physician and medicos. The journal acts as unique point of knowledge for increase the ability to understand, recognize and treat emergency conditions including hospital emergency medical services, pediatric emergency medicine, injury and disease prevention, health policy and ethics, disaster management, toxicology, and related topics.
Scope
Emergency Medicine and Trauma Care Journal (EMTCJ) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal which covers a variety of topics related to all aspects of emergency medicine, trauma care. We publish articles which are relevant to those working in both hospital and pre-hospital environments.
The journal aims to encourage the dissemination of local and international knowledge in an area that is one of the most challenging areas of medicine. It also encourages the inclusion of trauma and intensive care as the latest sub-specialities in the field of emergency medicine.
The journal publishes a roughly equal mix of original research articles and case reports. It also publishes trauma, disaster preparedness, and commentaries on resuscitation, evidence-based reviews, minor injuries, clinical operations, original research, paediatric emergencies, acute medical, decision making reviews, evidence-based reviews, editorials, correspondence, and replications on clinical practice.
This journal provides enough information to reduce the suffering from the cases of trauma and emergency injuries for communication amongst health professionals with academic, clinical and research interests in emergency practice mainly focuses on nurses, ambulance staff, paramedics and doctors.
Trauma causes individual patterns of injury and involves shock, fractures, soft tissue and organ injuries. Treatment therefore requires the joint effort of emergency medicine, orthopaedic and trauma surgery, critical care medicine and rehabilitation. Both scientific progress and the in-depth experimental and clinical research within individual disciplines contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of trauma care.

Article Processing Charges: GRF Publishers is an online open access, peer reviewed journals publishing organization; we do not have funding/support from any Private Organizations/Government to run. To run our organization in an organized way, we charge manuscript processing fee from the authors to publish their manuscripts. We charge fee to maintain published manuscripts in online repositories. All our articles are published in most updated formats (HTML, PDF, etc.,)
GRF Publishers publishes all its journals in full open access under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. This allows the scientific community and the general public to gain unlimited, free and immediate access to scholarly articles. To cover the cost of publication, authors pay an article processing charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer-review.
Waivers may be granted at the Publisher's discretion and should be discussed with the editorial office when submitting the article. The editorial decision making is decoupled from the authors' ability to pay the Article Processing Charges; however, authors should consider in advance whether they have sufficient funds to cover the full APC.
The published articles have no subscriptions, and no restriction against using and sharing articles published in our journals. So, for maintaining published articles in online repositories publication fees is included.
Article Processing Charges (APC) is levied as it covers parameters included with 1) Editorial work: Peer review, administrative support, commissioning content, journal development. 2)Technical infrastructure and innovation: Development, maintenance and operation of online journal system and websites. 3) Production of articles: Formatting and mark-up of articles and inclusion in indexing services 4) Marketing of journal and content: Making sure readers and authors know about the work published in the title. 5)Customer service: Responding to authors and readers.
Article processing fees vary from journal to journal in respect to sort of manuscript submitted.

Withdrawal Policy: An author is free to withdraw article at no charge-as long as it is withdrawn within a week of its original submission. However, once peer review is completed the paper is accepted for publication, and it has been worked into a journal issue, where we have incurred some costs from our end that need to be reimbursed. Hence author(s) are requested to pay about 25% of the publishing fee towards it for withdrawl.
