Journal Outline
Annals of Medical & Surgical Case Reports (AMSCR) is an open access, peer reviewed electronic journal set up to publish articles in all areas of basic medical sciences and clinical specialties. The journal acts as framework for invaluable first-hand source of evidence in medical sciences and a tool most often used in practice to exchange information and generate a more expanded search for evidence through advanced research on diagnosis, treatment effectiveness, causes and outcomes of disease.
Scope
AMSCR aims to encourage medical professionals for the publication of new information by providing a platform for reporting of unique, unusual and rare cases which enhance understanding of disease process, its diagnosis, management and clinico-pathologic correlations in field of medical sciences at an international level.
The journal acts to be extensive knowledge source for clinical decision-making and bedside-decision oriented research. Therefore, the aim of the Journal is to gather case reports across medical disciplines, thereby integrating interdisciplinary, global medical knowledge.

Surgical Case Reports
The Surgery is one of the growing fields and scope of the technology which consist of the physical intervention based on the tissues. And Encompasses in the several areas which include the development of a procedure will be surgical and when it involves in cutting of particular patient's tissues or closure for previously sustained wound. The case reports help in developing the skills and it should be clinically interesting to an international audience of a surgeon’s trainees and researchers in all the surgical subspecialties as well as the clinicians in related fields.

Trauma Surgery
A Trauma surgery is a surgery which deals with the surgical specialty which utilizes the both operative and non-operative management for treatment of the traumatic injuries, most typically in an acute setting. And the Trauma surgeons are generally should complete the residency training in General Surgery and also often in the fellowship training in trauma (or) surgical critical care. And trauma surgeon is mainly responsible for the initially resuscitating and the stabilizing later evaluating and by managing the patients in the hospitals.

Pediatric Surgery
The Pediatric surgery deals with the subspecialty of surgery which involves the surgery of fetuses, infant, adolescent, children’s and the young adults. The subspecialties of pediatric surgery includes the neonatal surgery and the fetal surgery.

Neonatal Surgery
A Neonatal surgery is a surgery deals with the sub-specialty of a pediatric surgery which consists of the surgical care of the newborn infants, especially ill or premature newborn infants. And the practicing surgeons mostly focusing on the neonates, infants for the first 28 days after birth, they are called the neonatal surgeons, and they heavily coordinate with the hospital's NICU. The Neonatal surgeons are often performing the corrective surgeries, which includes the chest, abdominal, and urological defects. And the Neonatal surgeons are also involved in post-operative care of patients in the Hospitals.

Gynecologic Surgery
The Gynecological surgery deals with the surgery on female reproductive system. It is usually performed by gynecologists. These surgery includes the procedures for benign conditions, cancer, infertility, and the incontinence. The Gynecological surgery may be occasionally performed for the elective or the cosmetic purposes.

An Endocrine surgery is referred as a surgical sub-specialty which focuses on the surgery of endocrine glands, by including the thyroid gland, Parathyroid glands, Adrenal glands, Glands of the endocrine pancreas, and some of the neuroendocrine glands.

Cardiac Surgery
The Cardiac surgery is also called as the cardiovascular surgery, it is a surgery on heart or the great vessels performed by the cardiac surgeons. And it is often used to treat the complications of the ischemic heart disease such as the coronary artery bypass grafting to correct congenital heart disease; or to treat the valvular heart disease from the various causes, which includes the endocarditis, rheumatic heart diseases, and the atherosclerosis. And it also includes the heart transplantation.

Case report
In the medical field a case report is detailed with report of the symptoms, signs, diagnosis, treatment, and which follow-up an individual patient. The case reports may contain a demographic profile of a particular patient, but usually it describes an unusual or novel occurrence. In some case reports it also contain a literature review of another reported cases. Case reports are the professional narratives which provides the feedback on the clinical practice and early signals of effectiveness and the cost. They can share the medical, scientific, or the educational purpose.

Case reports in Diabetes
It is a disorder of metabolism which causes the excessive of thirst and production of large amounts of urine. Diabetes symptoms differ from the depending on the how much of your blood sugar is elevated. And some of the symptoms of diabetes will increase the thirst, frequent urination, Extreme hunger, and unexplained the loss of weight, low-healing sores. The diabetes is often referred by doctors as a diabetes mellitus which describes about a group of metabolic diseases in which a particular person contains the high blood glucose (blood sugar), or either because of insulin production is inadequate, or else because of the body cells doesn’t respond properly to the insulin.

Surgical Pathology
A Surgical pathology is one of the most significant and the time-consuming area of a practice for the most anatomical pathologists. It involves the gross and microscopic examination of a surgical specimens, as well as the biopsies which are submitted by the surgeons and the non-surgeons such as the general internist, medical subspecialist, and the interventional radiologist.
Practice of the surgical pathology allows the definitive diagnosis of the disease or lack thereof in any case where the tissue is surgically removed from the patients.

Article Processing Charges: GRF Publishers is an online open access, peer reviewed journals publishing organization; we do not have funding/support from any Private Organizations/Government to run. To run our organization in an organized way, we charge manuscript processing fee from the authors to publish their manuscripts. We charge fee to maintain published manuscripts in online repositories. All our articles are published in most updated formats (HTML, PDF, etc.,)
GRF Publishers publishes all its journals in full open access under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. This allows the scientific community and the general public to gain unlimited, free and immediate access to scholarly articles. To cover the cost of publication, authors pay an article processing charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted after peer-review.
Waivers may be granted at the Publisher's discretion and should be discussed with the editorial office when submitting the article. The editorial decision making is decoupled from the authors' ability to pay the Article Processing Charges; however, authors should consider in advance whether they have sufficient funds to cover the full APC.
The published articles have no subscriptions, and no restriction against using and sharing articles published in our journals. So, for maintaining published articles in online repositories publication fees is included.
Article Processing Charges (APC) is levied as it covers parameters included with 1) Editorial work: Peer review, administrative support, commissioning content, journal development. 2)Technical infrastructure and innovation: Development, maintenance and operation of online journal system and websites. 3) Production of articles: Formatting and mark-up of articles and inclusion in indexing services 4) Marketing of journal and content: Making sure readers and authors know about the work published in the title. 5)Customer service: Responding to authors and readers.
Article processing fees vary from journal to journal in respect to sort of manuscript submitted.

Withdrawal Policy: An author is free to withdraw article at no charge-as long as it is withdrawn within a week of its original submission. However, once peer review is completed the paper is accepted for publication, and it has been worked into a journal issue, where we have incurred some costs from our end that need to be reimbursed. Hence author(s) are requested to pay about 90% of the publishing fee towards it for withdrawl.
