Biography

Ismail YILMAZ  BSc., Department of Food Science and Technology,  University of Trakya (1992),  MSc (1994), PhD (1998) and  is the professor of Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, Tekirdag Namik Kemal University, Turkey. He teaches general meat science and technology, functional foods, food microbiology, food safety and microbiological quality control.  He has published 164 research papers and reviews. She contributed to the 1 book editor and 2 book chapters.  He is still dean of Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Tekirdag Namik Kemal University.
