Associate Professor of clinical nutrition and dietetics.Ph.D. in Nutrition and Food Technology/Human Nutrition. University of Jordan. 2001.Chairperson of the Department of Nutrition, University of Petra.Member of the editorial board of the Madridge Journal of Food Technology, 2018 & 2019.More than 20 papers were published in reputable journals.
