Dr Faissal TARRASS, MD, MS is a private practice nephrologist, serving patients at the Center of Hemodialysis 2 Mars, in Casablanca, Morocco.
Dr. TARRASS is internationally recognized in the Marquis Who's Who of the World. He currently serves on the Editorial Board of many peer-reviewed medical Journals, and his is an author of numerous articles, paper presentations and book chapters. His research interests are focused on environmental nephrology and sustainable issues in healthcare.
Since 2004, his group is involved in studying the increased environmental burden of dialysis treatment. He had published in 2008, the first report of water conservation in hemodialysis.
His efforts in water conservation through many international publications had participated in increasing awareness of environmental challenges among renal physicians.
