Prof. Dr. Luis Emilio Abad has completed his Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology from Bircham International University, Spain and also did Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bircham International University, Spain followed by Diploma in Ophthalmology (DO) from Dr. Nano Eye Clinics, Argentina and Doctor in Medicine (MD), Faculty of Medicine from National University of Córdoba, Argentina. He is Dean and Distinguished Professor of Ophthalmology at Ballsbridge University, Dominica and President of International Research Group, Abad Eye Research, Dominica He is also the Honourable global member council of the Board of Quality Standards, UK. He is also awarded with many awards like Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), International Philosophical Institute, Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) in Medical Research, Maha Sastra University, Cambodia and many more awards. He is the authors of many books few are Practical Manual of Ophthalmology, Revinter, The Vitreous Behavior of stem cells in eyes with chorioretinal injuries and Retinal Vasculopathy, Glosa, Spain.
