Christopher Teh Boon Sung has a Ph.D. in Agriculture from The University of Reading, UK. His field of specialties are in soil and water conservation and crop modeling. He is attached to the Department of Land Management, Faculty of Agriculture, Universiti Putra Malaysia since 2001. He has numerous publications: 5 books, 7 book chapters, 41 journal articles, and nearly 100 proceedings. He is active in promoting urban gardening and has written several newspaper articles and conducted several workshops in urban gardening. He has also won several teaching awards for teaching excellence from his university.
