Biography

Dr. Bob C. Hunsucker went to Clemson University then transferred after one year to Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1985. Following college, he attended Baylor College of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1989. He was on the Deans List at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1989. He began his private practice in dentistry in 1989 until present in Plano, Texas. Dr. Hunsucker joined Baylor College of Dentistry as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in 1997 where he served one day per week. In June 2017, he was asked to be in the clinic an additional half day. He has taught in the undergraduate clinic providing clinical teaching, evaluating students dental procedures and clinical progress, and participating in mock board examinations in the Department of General Dentistry at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. Dr. Hunsucker edited a textbook Advanced Comprehensive Dentistry and Occlusion (not yet published) by Thomas F. Basta, D.D.S. He also has served on the Dental Review panel for the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners since December 2013.
