Biography
Dr. Roomi holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Toxicology from the University of Surrey, England. He is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition. He is certified by the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) and the American College of Nutrition (CNS). He held numerous fellowships including the Alexander von Humboldt (Germany), NRC (Canada), and others. Dr. Roomi has published over 200 papers in international journals. He is a member of the AACR, FASEB, SOT and the ASCP.
