The deadly COVID-19 has been being in outbreak firstly in Wuhan and around the China. Which has been spreading rapidly to at last 24 countries up to February 5,2020, [1] with Globally 24554 cases confirmed, outside of China 191 confirmed, 24 countries infected with 1 death. As of February 05, 24:00, 2020, a total of 28018 cases had been reported in China [2]. Up to April 18,24:00,2020, a total of 82735 laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 cases and deaths total 4632 cases had been reported in China [3]. And the control of the outbreak in China has been preliminarily in control up to now after more than one thousands of medical workers have died of COVID-19. But all over the world, especially the United States and European Region have been being in global very high level COVID-19 pandemic assessed by WHO RISK ASSESSMENT. At present data as of 18 April 2020, Globally grand total 2160207 cases laboratory-confirmed, and 146088 people death [4]. The emergency treatment of COVID-19 pneumonia has been receiving little optimistic clinical recovery in the world. Even China government and Chinese people have been managing to do the best to control this emerging infection outbreak in China and to help other countries.

In the wake of the 2003 severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak, and now, the COVID-19 outbreak, in just 17 years the two outbreaks of the same family of the coronavirus have been developed deadly virus in the same country of China. Which seems that the mutations of the coronavirus were too rapidly. As we have known that the environment promotes and makes the biology gene mutation. And the mutation makes the virus and other microbiology as causative factors. So the deadly SARS virus and COVID-19have been mutated.

As the time goes on. The environment has been being polluted. And the deadly virus have been mutated. So the SARS virus and COVID-19 mutated in China as deadly emerging infection outbreak can be said that the reason is environment pollution in China.

As the nature has been polluted with worse climate change and dry at present. Up to now, the polluted nature has not been prevented, to say nothing of cured. So the nature has been mutating the natural virus into deadly COVID-19 must not the last one in China, even in the world.

Therefore, as China has been being hit again by the deadly coronavirus. And which has been spreading around the world. The world and China have been being in emergency to control the outbreak and treat the deadly pneumonia. We must find the true reason how and why the deadly virus has been being produced. So that we can cure the etiology of the deadly coronavirus. And cure the deadly pneumonia as quickly and well as possible.

In this letter, in the time of emergency of the deadly outbreak of COVID-19 emerging infection in China and spreading around the world. The environment pollution is the reason of production of the deadly outbreak of COVID-19 and SARS coronavirus is put forward. Which may prevent the future another production of new deadly virus and other microbiology in China and other countries if my viewpoint was accepted and environment pollution was cured.
